I purchased a car from Gulliver on Saturday. It was the fastest easiest process ever at a car dealership. Mark was my salesman, he was great and very knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the process. I highly recommend checking out Gulliver Auto Group for your next used car purchase, everyone was so nice and friendly.

Recently bought a car here on 3/22/2025, I was victim of a car accident so had to shop for a new one since mines was totaled. I discussed my budget with Juan and he presented me with some good car choices. Test drove the car and immediately knew it was what I was looking for. Then he helped expedite the buying process. He made sure the car was up to date on maintenance & everything set, soon I was back on wheels the same day!

Juan was helpful, patient and explained the process without overselling. I would buy from him again down the line but something tells me I was sold a reliable car. So I may not need one right away. He even made sure I had new batteries for my key fobs before I left. I highly recommend this dealership based in their transparency and authenticity. One of the biggest reasons I bought there was because they cared about my experience and not just selling the car. They let you test drive alone, don’t add extra fees like reconditioning fees and are reasonable in price. The financing manager, Jimmy was quite personable and found me a nice rate.

Juan had it ready out front when we arrived. We purchased with cash and were out in about 30 mins. It’s the little things that make a big difference, they changed the batteries on the key Fobs for us, all of our paperwork is on a jump drive, and being respectful of our time. Would highly recommend this dealer and both Joe and Juan!

Bought my car from Gulliver on Christmas, I was coming from over 5 hours away to see the car and it did not disappoint! Super smooth buying process he wasn’t pushy with the sale. It was a used car so I had a couple concerns but anything I brought to my salesman Rassan’s attention he was quick to fix! The only issue I had was I spoke to Someone else trying to get in contact with Rassan had an aggressive ton and spent the call telling me he listed the car for way cheaper than it should’ve been. Had an odd …ly perfect car buying experience with Gulliver Auto. At the time I bought my car Gulliver had no financing options, which my salesman nor I knew until after spending a chunk of time doing paperwork for financing. Come to find out Gulliver is new in Plano (as the shiny clean building suggest) and financing options will be quick to come. Though it was disappointing to leave without my car that particular day, Mark and the Gulliver team made it right by offering to hold the car and deliver it once payment was figured out. I was able to get financing elsewhere and buy my dream car from Gulliver. This dealership and group of people within are the nicest and most honest around! Mark and Alfonso constantly made me feel like we were working as a team to get me my car. Extremely satisfied choosing Gulliver, 100% would recommend

The sales rep Joe was very helpful with all the info and with the process, and didn't try to overly upsell me on anything like in many dealerships. There were no hidden fees or add-ons in the sales price, which I appreciated a lot. Finally, the car itself is going great so far.
